Holiday Teacher and Staff Gift Giving Opportunity

The Parent Teacher Exchange is organized a gift giving opportunity this holiday for our dedicated teachers and staff.  In the past few years it has been a huge success and we will be providing the opportunity again this year.  The teachers and staff have been very appreciative of their gifts in the past.

We invite you to make a monetary donation to a fund that will be divided among our teachers and staff instead of purchasing individual Christmas gifts.  This fund will provide a gift to every teacher and staff member who works at the preschool.

Your donation is completely voluntary.  Should you choose to participate, it is intended and expected to take the place of the usual gifts you may have given to the teachers and staff.  We hope you find the fund a simple way to help ease the time spent purchasing teacher and staff member gifts.

Families are encouraged to donate any amount you feel comfortable donating.  The donated amounts will be held in strict confidence and no records are maintained.

Starting on Thursday December 1^st, a donation box and cards for all teachers and staff members (included TA’s and administration staff) will be at the front desk for you to sign.  We invite you to sign as many of the cards as you would like.

Donations will be accepted until Friday, December 16^th.  The gifts will be presented to the staff the week of Christmas.  Please make your checks payable to OLP-ECC.
